Caring for your business is run by Jennifer and Paul Roberts. Together they offer a unique combination of knowledge, expertise and skills to the care sector.
Jennifer has more than 20 years’ experience in home care after qualifying as a nurse and working in the NHS and private sector. During her time in home care, she has operated across the UK at the highest level in a wide variety of environments, from central offices with regional support to branch networks, franchises and units with care advisors based at home. She has long experience of change through regulation and inspection and been heavily involved in many business development, training and marketing initiatives.
Paul has been a successful journalist and editor for more than 25 years with the Northcliffe Group, the regional publishing arm of the Daily Mail Group PLC. During this time he achieved outstanding results. Notably editing one of the most successful weekly newspapers in the UK, achieving record circulation figures and winning national regional newspaper awards. He has considerable hands-on experience in marketing and business development.
