We offer a four-tier service to suit your budget and needs

Level 1 - Quality experience...at a price you can afford

A Valuable help and advice service – for £30.00 a year. This includes a registration fee - and access to regular expert advice from home care consultant Jennifer Roberts, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry.

What do you get for your money? 15 minutes of Jennifer’s time each month to discuss your specific problems or needs. That’s three hours’ worth of help a year. You can talk in confidence to her direct by phone or by email.

Try before you buy, You can make a one-off call to Jennifer before registering for the new service.

The fee? The £30.00 gives you access to a hot line to Jennifer and a direct email service. But remember – the time is not transferable to another month. So use it or lose it.

How do you pay? By direct debit or by cheque (address details will be given when registering)

Level 2 - Pay-as-you-go service

Available to all those who have paid a registration fee. How does it work? If you need more than 15 minutes of Jennifer’s time each month, you can get extra help on a pay-as-you-go basis. How much does it cost? £25 per hour, or as follows:

0 – 15 minutes = £6.25

16 – 30 minutes =£12.50          

31 – 45 minutes =£18.75           

46 – 60 minutes = £25.00

What if a more complex inquiry will take a long time to deal with? Jennifer will advise you how long it will take her to handle the problem/inquiry at the outset.

How do you pay? An invoice will be sent out monthly for all pay-as-you-go users.

Level 3 - Workshops and business clinics

Organised and run by Jennifer across the UK. What kind of workshops/clinics? Ones relevant to your business and needs, including:

• Personalisation      
• Dementia       
• Recession       
• Ageing population  
• Other subjects by request or reflecting changes in the sector

How will they help? By offering expert advice on the business challenges facing you today. They will also offer practical solutions for individual problems and needs.

Where will they be held? At a city, town or village near you.

How much does it cost to attend the workshops/clinics? £45.00 for sessions lasting 10am-4pm (one-hour lunch break at 1pm), plus £5.00 for refreshments.

Do you need minimum numbers to stage the workshops/clinics? Yes, 10. Maximum numbers are 16.

Level 4 - Project work for an individual business or organisation

Designed to help grow and improve your business. Jennifer has expertise in:

• Assisting with completion of PQQs, AQAA and tendering documentation
• Quality assurance and customer satisfaction
• Writing and reviewing policies and procedures
• Writing and reviewing promotional material for staff and clients
  

The cost? £25-£40 per hour
Jennifer can help your business with:

• Business development
• Marketing and public relations
• Troubleshooting
• Team building and leadership
• Recruitment and retention
  

The cost? £160 - £300 per day (plus travel expenses and overnight accommodation where applicable)
